The Deerfield Inn
An original 1884 country inn in a National Historic Landmark village, the Deerfield Inn has 24 individual guest rooms in two buildings, all with private bath, flat screen tvs, and a/c. Champney’s Restaurant & Tavern with its market-driven menu featuring area produce, bar appetizers, local draft beers, & full service bar, is a convivial gathering spot. With cozy nooks for relaxing, a huge fireplace, free wi-fi, and a Relaxing Room for massages, we offer a peaceful place to stay. An intimate porch for dining, colorful Adirondack chairs for reading, complimentary passes to visit the museum houses of Historic Deerfield contribute to an unspoiled New England village experience.
We are under restoration following a huge hit by Hurricane Irene on 28 August, 2011, but stay tuned for progress reports and visit us later this year to see exciting renovations - as authentic and hospitable as before, but more of what you liked!
